Built for Long-Term Ownership

Luxury properties should be enjoyed—not constantly maintained.

That’s why Cedar Knoll has developed one of the industry’s most maintenance-conscious building systems.

Optional services include:

Factory Exterior Pre-Staining

Protect your investment before it even arrives.

Our factory-applied exterior staining:

• Saves thousands in on-site labor
• Reduces construction time by days
• Provides consistent coverage
• Protects logs from weather exposure sooner

Very few manufacturers offer this service.

Premium Wood Protection Systems

We partner with Perma-Chink to help safeguard your investment with products designed to defend against:

• Moisture intrusion
• UV exposure
• Wood-boring insects
• Mold and mildew
• Air leakage

Applied during construction, these systems help reduce future maintenance while extending the beauty and longevity of your home.

Premium Windows & Doors

Waterfront living demands exceptional performance.

That’s why we offer premium Weather Shield windows and doors featuring advanced low-emissivity glass options that help:

• Maximize energy efficiency
• Reduce solar heat gain
• Protect interiors from harmful UV rays
• Preserve hardwood floors, furniture, artwork, and finishes

The result is a more comfortable home with lower long-term maintenance requirements.

Fast-Track Manufacturing

Already own waterfront property?

Have permits approved and a builder selected?

Qualified projects can move into production quickly, with many custom log home kits manufactured and ready for delivery in 10 weeks or less.*

That means less waiting—and more time enjoying life on the water.

*Production timelines depend on finalized plans, signed contracts, and manufacturing availability.

Built for Entertaining

Your waterfront retreat should be every bit as impressive as the yacht tied to the dock.

Popular features include:

• Great rooms with panoramic water views
• Floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces
• Chef-inspired kitchens
• Outdoor dining spaces
• Covered entertaining porches
• Wine rooms
• Home bars
• Private guest accommodations
• Spacious garages for recreational equipment

Every design is customized to your lifestyle.

A Legacy Worth Building

For many families, a waterfront home becomes more than a vacation property—it becomes the place where generations gather.

Summer weekends on the lake.

Holiday celebrations.

Fishing trips at sunrise.

Evenings around the fire after a day on the water.

A Cedar Knoll log home is designed to become part of those traditions for decades to come.
